Half of the stuff I posted under "Sunday" was written Monday, some of it Monday night. So this is a sort of junky post to catch up, date-wise. (Right now it is Tuesday morning.)
Speaking of junk, my diet yesterday: Breakfast of bannannas and cheese, lunch of cookie dough ice cream and spicy Cheetohs, dinner of cheese fries and a little pasta. Hmmm, this might explain my mood, and ability to lift weights at the Y.
