I am feeling especially tired now, and prone to the trend we have come to call "nesting." Maybe it's just staying up late working on the recent essay. There are several old friends I have not spoken with in some time, most in other cities. And there are friends close by I miss as well. Sometimes the whirl of life and work and news of a distant war keeps you occupied, and excuses are neither good nor bad, just a little depressing. On a happier note, there is free time every day except tomorrow. OK, maybe a little tomorrow.
